Shipping Policy
Within 15 days of purchase if you are not mesmerized with your Jekalyn Beauty order, we will process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount, minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to ten (10) business days for the credit to appear on your account.
- When you return your purchase to JekalynBeauty.com by mail within 15 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).
- Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 15 days.
- We are unable to accept returns on items with hazmat shipping restrictions, such as Jekalyn Beauty de Parfum that have been opened. Please contact our Customer Service team should you need further assistance or have any questions. (return@jekalynbeauty.com)

Fill out the Returns + Exchanges form on the back of your order summary—use the top box for returns, the bottom box for exchanges. Place the completed form with your item(s) in the original JekalynBeauty.com packaging or in any well-padded envelope or box.
